After reading different research articles regarding culture, inclusion, diversity and developing a safe campus, I have learned some important things that need to be done in order to implement and hope for change.
It is important to build a collaborative team to problem solve, create a plan, create goals and collect stakeholders feedback. As an administrator I will plan to:
Lead for equity and success
Align mission, vision and core values
Focus on instruction
Facilitate adult learning and development
Manage operations and resources
Engage in personal learning and development
Strategize change and continuous improvement
Cultivate community care and engagement
